Go HSBC & ICICI
HSBC and ICICI became the first banks to offer a do not call register. While signing up for them immediately was a natural choice I applaud them. They also go right on top of my list if ever I want to avail of any facility. Not only that it's very prominent on their websites so they are acting responsibly. What now Citibank, Stanchart,HDFC and ABN ? Seriously need to get your act together guys

No need to be happy yet. I had registered with ICICI no call service and still get plenty of calls from them. I once called their helpdesk after that and blasted them, still to no avail.
