Beginning Of The End
I really do seem to have a pathetic existence. The biggest excitement in my life is the mega Star Wars comics set I am getting and the fact that I might get to watch "Fun with Dick & Jane" tomorrow. So caught as I am between Jar Jar Binks and Jim Carrey and the fact that I am excited about this. Yeagh ! I really do need to break free. What next ? Getting all het up about a TV show marathon or really beginning to care about the weird denizens of the Delhi Times and HT City. Save Me. Somebody please please please please save me.

its funny how one stumbles on somebody's life on these blogs. and this comment section allows you to give unsolicted advice. but since i took the pains to read what you ahve written here's what i have to say.:
you seem to be one who does not know his priorities.
so whether you are in delhi or timbuktu you will still feel like a loser.
take three things that you feel will make things ok for you and , write them down on a piece of paper in capitals and put it up on your office and home notice boards so they stare at you all the time. then every moment you are not doing something about it your loser meter is going up.
by the tone of voice you seem to have a typical east coast lifestyle. too much work, too much food, and too much of intellegensia for company. maybe you should sort of break out of you routine and see life around you without bias at least once a week. i believe delhi has a lot of interestng places to see, the taj is somewhere closeby isn't it? have you seen it? have you made a single association outside your office? you don't seem to be from delhi and the danger there is to have only office friends, who unfortunately for you have lives beyond office. do you try spending time by yourself, enjoying your own company in silence without craving for outside company.
try it it will work for you.
this is all for now. you want to continue this dialogue psot something to that effect otherwise sorry for the intrusion, best of luck and have a good life.
